Silver Medal for Fantinel's Cuvée no. 7 Prosecco

Cuvée no. 7 DOC Prosecco from Fantinel has been awarded a silver medal in The Drinks Business Prosecco Masters 2016.
Glera grapes are grown on stony soils in Fantinel’s vineyards in the Friuli Grave region of Northern Italy, where the cooling influence of the Dolomites and stark differences in day and night temperatures create the perfect fruit for sparkling wine.
Quality grapes from selected vines are then vinified in small capacity tanks where this Prosecco spends 60 days on lees, to add superior flavour and richness.
