  • Williams & Humbert Amontillado en Rama 2003: 92/100
  • Williams & Humbert Oloroso en Rama 2003: 91/100
  • Williams & Humbert Oloroso en Rama 2009: 89/100

"The NV Dry Sack Solera Especial 15 Anos is produced with a selection of 12-year-old Oloroso blended with Pedro Ximénez and aged in a solera to achieve at lease 15 years of age. The bottled wine has 95 grams of sugar. There are notes of incense and old furniture over the core of roasted hazelnuts and noble woods with a hint of raisins and dates. The palate is sweet but quite balanced and with a slightly bitter finish."

"One of the most popular sherries in the cream category is the NV Canasta Cream from Williams & Humbert, a blend of Oloroso with Pedro Ximénez aged in a solera in an oxiditative way, and bottled at some five to seven years average age. It felt a bit spirity mixing aromas of coffee, dates and olf furniture, and a sweet palate. A lot less sweet than it reaslly is, as it has 130 grams of sugar. Commercial and easy to drink."
