Ehrmanns has created a portfolio specifically for the On-Trade and Independent sectors.
We have great expertise in supplying National On trade chains as well as regional smaller establishments.
Ehrmanns has a great deal of experience in servicing the On Trade sector. From big national chains to contract caterers via smaller independent establishments we can offer something adapted to your type of business wether it is an “off-the-shelf” wine or a bespoke product. In the past 20 years Ehrmanns have developed exclusive labels for various On Trade groups ( Carlsberg UK, Colombier Vins Fin, Matthew Clarke etc…). Because we bottle some of our wines in the UK, it gives us great flexibility and we can offer an exclusive label from as little as 5 pallets of each red, white and rose.
We have had particularly good results with our Fairtrade certified wines ; the Out of Home sector was the fastest growing trade channel for both Stellar Organics and Consorcio Vinicola de Chile in 2010. The industry seems to be catching up and ethical sourcing is finally on everybody’s agenda, which is great news.
Our existing portfolio is very well adapted to the current market’s trends : values wines, organic, fairtrade, lower alcohol and iconic wines. We think it is all about adding value to your wine list and take advantage of the growth of food lead establishments.
