In addition to the main tasting, our wines will also be presented in a masterclass imparted by Charles Metcalfe at 12.30.
The masterclass is entitled “One River, Two Regions, Many Wine Styles” and focuses on six wines grown along the banks of the River Douro:
Calm and serene, the River Douro rises in Spain and reaches the Atlantic Ocean in Porto, creating valleys of spectacular beauty and fertile meadows. The diversity of this revered land nourished by the placid river, is captured in a selection of 6 wines, each reflecting a character of its own.
