Finca Monteflores enters The Drinks Business Green Awards 2013 as a uniquely sustainable winery

Sustainable development and environmental responsibility is at the foundations of Finca Monteflores. Philippe Rolet, Winemaker and CEO, is proud of their pioneering approach to viticulture as a “haute couture” winery in a unique environment. They have been one of the first wineries to introduce bio beds to improve soil quality, coupled with a pioneering special modelling project (GICC TERRADCLIM) to improve vineyard management and better control vine vigour and yields. To further root their green commitment, wine labels will feature the sustainable viticulture logo by the end of the year.
