In pictures: Ehrmanns Portfolio Tasting 2014

Despite facing adverse weather conditions and threats of Tube strikes, the Ehrmanns Portfolio Tastings were a great success. The two Portfolio Tastings which were held in the centrally located Music Rooms in London and the Castlefield Rooms in Manchester saw Ehrmanns showcase its largest range of wines to date. New producers for 2014 included Rui Roboredo Madeira from Portugal's Douro Superior and The Aberdeen Wine Company from Victoria, Australia unveiling two red wines specially crafted to go with red meats. Other new products from existing ranges included the following:
- Range extensions from one of Spain's top selling brands Carta Roja - new entry point wines - Airen Sauvignon and Tempranillo, as well as an organic Monastrell;
- Fine wines from the wine writers' favourite Robert Oatley - The Pennant Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay;
- New Valderroa Mencia from Valdesil;
- Spinyback wines from leading family owned Nelson producer
- Exciting new wines from Sicilian specialist The Wine People
- Our largest range of Proseccos including wines from La Gioiosa, Villa Sandi and The Wine People
- Premium wines from Colchagua's highest vineyards by Vina Luis Felipe Edwards
- 100 Mile Coast - cool climate wines from the Olifants River region in South Africa
