Long Tasting Note:Tropical fruit flavours of mango, lemon and lime, with hints of mint and a soft refreshing finish. This wine suits light salads and zesty chicken dishes. Chile’s Central Valley has a long tradition of winemaking due to it having the ideal climate for growing grapes, with long warm summers which allow the grapes to ripen slowly and develop complex flavours. Santa Carolina has been a pioneer of Chilean wine since 1875 when Luis Pereyra Cotapos founded the winery, which he named after his wife.
