Gold Medal for Montecillo Rioja Blanco Barrel Fermented

Montecillo Rioja Blanco Barrel Fermented 2022 has been awarded a Gold medal at the 2023 Drinks Business Rioja Masters.
The award is a testament to Bodegas Montecillo and their dedication to producing high-quality wines with elegance, complexity and balance.
The wine itself is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Tempranillo Blanco and Viura grown from 60 year old vines in the Rioja Alta, showing a vibrant, expressive nose with tropical fruit, white flowers and citrus. The palate is creamy-textured with plenty of toast and brioche notes.
