Silver for The Beast at Harpers Design Awards

Beefsteak Club 'The Beast' Dark Red has been awarded a silver medal at the Harpers Design Awards 2022.
Here's what the judges had to say: "A bold new Douro addition from Beefsteak Club, with the highly impactful design clearly conveying the rich, red ‘beast’ within, suggesting a punch of premium flavour and depth to the wine"
The Douro DOC red blend is available now in hand-wrapped bottles. The mysterious black bottles are finished with black UV varnish, red foiling, and a hand-tied tag to give a tactile effect.
The wine itself is a rich blend of indigenous grapes, with ripe forest fruit flavours layered over a long, velvet-smooth finish. It is finished in port barrels for extra complexity.
