  • Hugo Campbell
    DIRECTOR: Hugo began his career in the wine trade in 1981 starting with Saccone and Speed , then managing a fine wine shop in Belgravia, London after which he became a winemaker assistant (otherwise known as a cellar rat) in both California and Australia. He joined Ehrmanns in 1987 and has worked in a variety of buying selling roles . He is passionate about backgammon, cooking and walking and his aim is to do the Santiago de Compostela Route on his Brompton bicycle.
  • Andre Neves
    SENIOR COMMERCIAL MANAGER: Andre is from Portugal, after working in the areas of Hospitality, Tourism and Theme parks in both the Algarve and Oporto he decided to follow his passion for wine and moved to London in 2010 to develop his new path. Andre looks after buying for Italy, Portugal, France and Austria, as well as managing National Accounts. In his spare time, Andre enjoys running and swimming, music and travelling with his family as well as enjoying some great food and wine.
  • Keith Lay
    HEAD OF MARKETING: Keith re-joined Ehrmanns having consulted for the company since 2009. Previously he had spent nearly 10 years as the company's marketing director. Keith’s brand and commercial experience is very broad; consulting for organizations as varied as the NHS, Coca Cola and Burger King, but he has always maintained a keen interest in the drinks trade where he has worked extensively on Grolsch, Ruddles, Blue Nun, Arniston Bay and many of the brands in the current Ehrmanns portfolio including Beefsteak Club and Carta Roja. During his time consulting for Ehrmanns, Keith acted as a consultant MD for the business that became LWC London and project managed the rebranding of English Sparkling wine icon Breaky Bottom.
  • Susannah Greenstreet
    MARKETING MANAGER: Susannah studied Spanish at Durham University and King's College London. She joined Ehrmanns in 2014, after working for a wine PR agency. Susannah now looks after key brands in the portfolio and is also involved in New Product Development. She particularly enjoys coming up with creative brand campaigns and seeing them come to life. In her spare time, Susannah loves going to art galleries, wine tasting, travelling and has taken up screen printing. She recently completed her WSET Diploma.
  • Jill Pearson-Klein
    HEAD OF TECHNICAL AND UK BOTTLING: After completing her marketing degree in 2005, Jill travelled around the world before finally stumbling into the wine industry as an account executive in 2007. For the next 8 years Jill worked in various roles, including account management and quality control. Jill joined Ehrmanns in September 2015 as the Technical manager. In her spare time Jill loves food, wine, music and travelling.
