  • Peter Dauthieu Jr
    DIRECTOR: Peter joined Ehrmanns in Feb 1996 after having spent 5 months as a trainee at Chateau Rauzan-Segla in Margaux. His initial years were spent developing the hispanic on-trade and the impulse and cash and carry sector as well as helping out in setting up fairs, tastings and the annual portfolio tasting, later moving on to handling major accounts both in the grocer, specialist and Pub/on-trade sector. He moved out of Ehrmanns in 2001 to join the sister company Viniberia SA, down in Jerez and also graduated from the Wine MBA at Bordeaux University in October 2002. In 2003 he left the family company for 5 yrs to run the exports at the Cvne Group in Rioja (Imperial, Viña Real, Contino Estate) as International Director with full responsability for the global exports. Peter returned to us in 2008.
  • Paul Daniell
    HEAD OF OFF-TRADE: Paul joined Ehrmanns in May 2014, having previously worked at Gonzalez Byass UK, Buckingham Schenk and Halewood International. Outside of looking after accounts such as Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose and Costco, Paul enjoys playing tennis, the occasional round of golf and drinking a decent Pinot Noir and watching rugby…sometimes at the same time.
  • Julian Drake
    HEAD OF EXPORT: Julian joined Ehrmanns in October 2017, having recently returned to the UK from the UAE where he worked managing a sales team for the largest Wine and Spirits Distributor in the region. He has worked in the drinks industry for 30 years, having previously worked for Trinchero Family Estates in California, PLB and Allied Domecq. Outside of managing the growing Export Business, Julian is an avid football fan and follows the England National Football team home and away, is a qualified FA Coach and played Semi Professional football.
  • Karl Bradley
    NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER: Karl Joined Ehrmanns in August 2019 having previously worked at Treasury Wine Estates, Accolade Wines and Kingsland. Outside of looking after accounts like Morrisons, Co-op, Bestway Retail and Home Bargains, Karl enjoys a good gym workout. Karl is also a qualified Personal Trainer and Spin Instructor.
  • Paul Swift
    NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER ON TRADE: Paul Joined Ehrmanns in January 2022, with over 30 years of experience in the drinks industry having previously worked at Broadland Drinks, Marston’s and Daniel Thwaites. He manages Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing Company, and Retail Pub Companies along with our National Wholesale partners. A family man, Paul enjoys playing golf, quizzes and drinking a nice glass of Shiraz with his steak.
  • Liz Bateman
    REGIONAL SALES MANAGER EHRMANNS INDEPENDENT SELECTION: Liz, who joined early 2012 having come from Laytons Wine Merchants, manages independent and regional wholesalers within central London and inside the M25. Passionate about wine, when not drinking her favourite tipple of Bacalhoa Moscatel de Setubel, she can be found living life in London to the full.
  • Nicholas MacSwiney
    REGIONAL SALES MANAGER EHRMANNS INDEPENDENT SELECTION: Nick has many years of experience in the Wine Trade having worked in wholesale and agency sales for a number of companies such as Matthew Clark with Chalié Richards being the most recent. He is responsible for customers throughout the midlands and the south of England and hopes to develop new business from his many contacts. As a lover of wine, art and antiques he always has lots to see and do and he enjoys an eclectic mix of music.
  • Andre Neves
    SENIOR COMMERCIAL MANAGER: Andre is from Portugal, after working in the areas of Hospitality, Tourism and Theme parks in both the Algarve and Oporto he decided to follow his passion for wine and moved to London in 2010 to develop his new path. Andre looks after buying for Italy, Portugal, France and Austria, as well as managing National Accounts. In his spare time, Andre enjoys running and swimming, music and travelling with his family as well as enjoying some great food and wine.
  • Keith Lay
    HEAD OF MARKETING: Keith re-joined Ehrmanns having consulted for the company since 2009. Previously he had spent nearly 10 years as the company's marketing director. Keith’s brand and commercial experience is very broad; consulting for organizations as varied as the NHS, Coca Cola and Burger King, but he has always maintained a keen interest in the drinks trade where he has worked extensively on Grolsch, Ruddles, Blue Nun, Arniston Bay and many of the brands in the current Ehrmanns portfolio including Beefsteak Club and Carta Roja. During his time consulting for Ehrmanns, Keith acted as a consultant MD for the business that became LWC London and project managed the rebranding of English Sparkling wine icon Breaky Bottom.
