Ehrmanns will be showcasing its range of select Sherries at this year's Great Sherry Tasting. From the established Sherry producer Williams & Humbert, we will be releasing a new vintage Sherry from the Treasure Selections range –  Williams & Humbert Fino En Rama Vintage 2006. More recent additions will include Sacristia AB Manzanilla Saca Primavera 2013, Sanchez Romate Hnos Fino Perdido 1/15 Butts, Cayetano del Pino & Cia Palo Cortado Solera, Cayetano del Pino & Cia Palo Cortado Viejisimo 1/5 Butts, Salto al Cielo Oloroso 1/5 Butts and Williams & Humbert "As You Like It" Amontillado Medium Sweet (Williams & Humbert Treasure Selection).

The tasting is the second of its kind and is hosted by The Sherry Institute of Spain and is the largest ever tasting of Sherries in the UK or even the world,  where over 30 producers will be represented with more than 190 Sherries. As per last year, a series of seminars will be featured during the day, led by Beltran Domecq Williams, President of the Consejo Regulador, who will also be launching the English translation of his book “Sherry Uncovered, Tasting and Enjoyment” at the tasting. The event will take place on Monday 21st October at The Westbury Hotel, Bond Street, Mayfair, London, W1S 4JU from 10:30 – 17:00.

Also organised by The Sherry Institute of Spain and for the 1st time, the Great Sherry Festival is taking place for a fortnight, from 14th to 27th October. During this time consumers will have the opportunity to sample and match sherry with food as well as participate in several focus activities that will take place in restaurants and leading wine merchants.
